Rasen no Kakera is a tale of cute high school boys, demons, magic, and reincarnation! Three boys, Masayuki, Kazuki, and Makoto are drawn into a web of magic and intrigue as they learn they are not normal high school students, but in fact are reincarnated forms of people from a past demon world. Kazuki and Makoto share a face and amazing powers, while Masayuki is caught in a power struggle between the human and demon worlds and his own strange heritage. Filled with gorgeous artwork (see the Rasen no Kakera artbook images!) this series is, in my opinion, one of Tachibana-sensei's most serious stories (well ok, it does have some cute/funny moments, but it isn't as comedic as, say, Shinesman or Ashita no Tamago)
