Travel Guide

Ashita no Nadja, or "Tomorrow's Nadja" ran in Japan for 50 episodes from February 2003 to January 2004. A list of the Japanese voice cast for the series can be found *here*.

The Opening Theme, used for the whole series, is "Nadja!" sung by HONDA Minako. The Ending Theme used for the whole series is "Que Sera, Sera" sung by Nadja's voice actress, KOSHIMIZU Ami.

Sadly, Ashita no Nadja has not been released in the US yet, however it has aired in many other countries around the world and has been dubbed into many different languages. Here are a few examples of various versions of the theme songs:

The Opening Animation is extremely cute, and features Nadja walking with a jaunty step that turns into a spirited skip as she goes past members of the Dandelion Troupe, and a group of her many admirers. She eventually lands at a ball, wearing her mother's ballgown, where she dances with Oscar, Antonio, Leonardo, Harvey, and Francis. She ends up flying into the air and out the window, where she twirls around with the Black Rose and Francis

The Opening Animation also changes slightly at episode 31. Instead of skipping along, Nadja now holds her umbrella. She dances around with it before switching to her kaleidoscope. She peers at everyone through it before returning to her regular path from the original opening.

There are two sets of Eyecatch animation used in the series. The first set is used in episodes 1-30, and features Nadja in her ballerina dresses, dancing with her baton or playing her castanets.

The second set begins with episode 31, and shows Nadja using her typewriter to write about her adventures, and her sewing machine to sew accessories for herself and the lions. The same cute music is used for both.

The Ending Animation is also adorable. It shows Nadja in the Dandelion car trying on costumes in front of a mirror. Each costume is from a different culture, and Nadja looks cute in all of them!

The Ending Animation... in a nutshell

The following is a record of Nadja's travels, with accompanying episode titles and dates. I am also adding a summary of each episode. These summaries will probably contain some BIG SPOILERS, so please read them at your own risk! It is gonna take me forever to finish this :)
