Ookawahara Shigeru is introduced in episode 37. She is Doumyouji's fiance through an arrangement made by his and her parents. Shigeru is very rich and very cute. Her personality is a bit odd, but tough like Tsukushi's. Shigeru wasn't thrilled about the idea of marrying Doumyouji either at first, but soon got used to the idea.

Shigeru is like Tsukuhsi in that she yells right back at Doumyouji and is not afraid of him. She calls him by name (Tsukasa!) and can cheerfully punch him out. Shigeru can get a bit wild though. In one example, Shigeru jumped on Doumyouji and bit his ear! (Gee, I wonder if she watches boxing...^_^;) Shigeru cozies up to Tsukushi and tries to be firends. And Tsukushi finds herself not hating Shigeru, despite the strong rival she is. Shigeru causes a serious split in Doumyouji and Tsukushi's relationship!
