Mochizuki Youta is the voice actor who played Mimasaka Akira. I don't know a whole lot about him other than he seems to mainly be a live-action actor. His most notable role was that of the lead character in Kamen Rider J (Masked Rider J). He has done some other voice roles, mainly as random background characters, in shows like Ojamajo Doremi, and a lot of anime-related stage roles, such as that of Tuxedo Kamen in a bunch of the Sailor Moon stage productions.
