Kaizou Katsu

17 Year-old Kaizou Katsu is the hero of the story, though the series doesn't by any means focus on him alone. He is a pretty laid-back high school student except for when it comes to the subject of UFOs and aliens. Katsu is a strong believer in alien conspiracies and is always on the lookout for potential enemies. He's the type that thinks everything that happens on the X-Files is TRUE. Kaizou is also very very gullible, so sometimes his friends play tricks on him and he falls for them easily. (there is a lack of common sense working there too) Personality-wise, Kaizou can be aggressive, and he has a bit of a mean streak. One of his favorite pastimes seems to be abusing poor Chitan. He grew up alongside Umi-chan, and his strange behavior may be in part her fault!
