Pastel Yumi is another Magical Girl show brought to us by Studio Pierrot, makers of Pelsia, Magical Emi, and Creamy Mami. It stars a very cute young girl with brown hair named Yumi who has a magic wand and the dream of becoming a manga artist. She was given the wand by some fairies in thanks for her kind act of saving a dandelion. She can draw things in the air with her wand, creating a glowing outline, which then magically becomes real after she chants her magic words. Thus she can generate lots of cool stuff by drawing in the air, but everything has a time limit before it disappears, so she has to be very careful! At this time I have only seen a very few episodes of this program. Hopefully I will soon be able to elaborate more about her soon!
